Dianna has extensive experience in both corporate and executive management as well as marketing and human resource development.
Dianna began her professional career with a division of News Corporations and Fox Entertainment; News America Marketing. She worked her way through the company starting as an Area Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager then Division Vice President. As Division Vice President she worked with Fortune 500 companies and managed a division of 12 states.
She left News America Marketing to join The Doyle Group where she was responsible for marketing and business development. In less than two years Dianna increased their revenue by almost 300% and doubled their business opportunities. With this success they merged with a Columbus, Ohio company where she worked as a government consultant before moving to the Association Management division of the same company. Dianna streamlined workflow and created a shared service model that allowed the division to increase their revenue her first year.
After several years she, and several partners, started their own company, Select Association Management, where they managed both state and national associations. By using the shared service model they allowed associations to save money and increase revenue.
She later rejoined The Doyle Group where she is responsible for business development and project management.
