Christine Vineis has thirty years of public affairs experience in Washington, New York and Columbus. Clients benefit from her lifetime of key relationships and intimate knowledge of state and federal processes leveraging creative yet practical strategies designed to maximize client goals. Over the course of her career, she has successfully obtained over $1 Billion in public funding for clients.

Her legislative expertise began and continues in Washington: having worked for the ranking Republican on the House Commerce Committee; represented one of the nation’s top railroads before Congress and the Administration; and founded the international, 50+ chapter Women’s Transportation Seminar. Christine also worked for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals headquarters in New York and was Director of Public Affairs at the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission.

Ms. Vineis launched her own consulting firm, Capital Partnerships LLC, in the spring of 1997.  Grant-writing is a core service of Capital Partnerships. In fact, since 2009, Vineis has won over $ 417 Million in discretionary grants for clients. She assists Public Sector Advisors with clients’ research, grant writing and staff training needs.  Now more than ever as public dollars dwindle, it takes the right approach and financial package to compete. Christine has resided in Upper Arlington, Ohio for 23 years and is Immediate Past President of the CHOICES Board, WTS Advisory Board Member and co-founder of Ohio Women in Government. She sits on the board of COMPASS whose mission is to fight homelessness.
